Where do you buy your merchandise?

When top retailers like Bloomingdales, Von Maur, Kohl’s, etc. need to make room for new merchandise, they sell their overstocks which we buy with all tags intact. Similarly, when designers have to get rid of their production overruns, we acquire them.

How do you sell?

Once we get our inventory, we open each and every box, examining each piece for quality and defects. We clean tags of all items and merchandise them in our warehouse, so you can pull exactly what you want and see how they will look in your store.

We sell pieces in small lots of assorted items. A lot could be as small as 24 pieces or as big as a truckload.

What do you mean by assorted pieces?

Since we buy overstock, we cannot guarantee that we have all the sizes for a style, or all the styles for a line. However, we try to provide you with as complete a line as possible. That is why we sell our merchandise in small lots of multiple items, called packages. We create these packages based on your request, be it with regards to price, designers, category, style, color, or whatever else you can think of. This is what we call assorted items.

Who do you sell to? Who are your customers?

We’ve got a very diverse group of customers. For the last ten years, we’ve serviced international clients, big discount stores in the U.S, small boutiques, online retailers like eBay and Overstock.com, swapmeeters, and everyone in between.

How can I buy?

We encourage you to visit our warehouse and pull pieces yourself. If you’re not in town or if you are in a hurry, you can speak with one of our experienced sales team here. They will assemble your order, as per your directions, and ship it to you. You can even visit our warehouse to approve the lot before we ship.

Do you have any minimums?

You can visit our showroom and pull whatever you like. You need to pull minimum of 25 pieces. If, however, you’re looking for something specific and would like us to assemble your order by pulling pieces from our showroom and other four warehouses, we require a minimum-100-piece order.

What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept cash and wire transfers. We accept major credit cards only after having proper paperwork. If we accept a credit card payment method, we charge 2 percent processing fee.

We don’t extend any credit terms, nor do we offer any financing. If you need financing, we can refer you to one of our trusted partners.

How long does it take to ship an order?

We ship a confirmed order within 5 to 10 working days of receiving payment.

How do you ship? Do you ship internationally?

We use UPS as our primary shipping carrier. A customer has to pay for shipping charges. However, if you like, you can either use your own shipping agent, or pick up your order from the store for no charge.

Yes, we ship internationally. Our staff is well-trained in preparing all export and tax-related paperwork.

What about tax?

We don’t charge any sales tax for customers who provide us with their tax ID and reseller permits. International customers pay their own duty and taxes.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. If there a mistake on your order, and it’s our fault, we’ll take responsibility and fix it.
